The danger of the lowest price

How often do we hear: What prices should I charge my clients for a treatment? I don’t want to charge too expensive; I’m scared of losing them.

Who owns an iPhone or an iPad?  Do the people from Apple ask themselves if they are going to miss sales due to their price which is much more expensive than their competitors? How come they have the biggest market share in the cell phone industry?

Learn how to remain an expert. A hair stylist has the right to charge more than a regular hairdresser, why? Because he/she masters work techniques that others do not offer.

By charging less for services offered, another salon can play that game as well. There will always be someone that will charge cheaper than you.

Don’t fall into mediocrity!  By offering cheap prices, you will attract customers that are only looking for specials, that are only looking for a basic facial or treatment and do not want to purchase any retail home products. Is this the type of customers you want to attack?
